Directory
The Directory is a shared view of employee contact information. It gives anyone with access a quick way to find a colleague's details without needing to open their full employee profile.
View the directory
- Go to HR → Directory.
- Browse or search for the person you need.
- Click to view their contact details.
Things to know
- The Directory shows only the contact information that has been made available — it does not expose the full employee profile or any sensitive HR records.
- Access to the Directory is controlled by permissions, so not everyone in your organisation will necessarily see it.
