Courses

Courses are structured learning content that can be assigned to employees. Each course is made up of a series of cards — text, images, or other content — that the employee works through.

Create a course

  1. Go to HR → Courses.
  2. Click Create Course.
  3. Enter the course name and any description.
  4. Save.

Add content to a course

  1. Open the course from HR → Courses.
  2. Add cards to the course — each card holds a section of content.
  3. Arrange the cards in the order employees should work through them.
  4. Save.

Assign a course to an employee

  1. Open the course from HR → Courses.
  2. Click Assign.
  3. Select the employee.
  4. Save the assignment.

Track course completion

  1. Go to HR → Courses.
  2. Open a course and review the assignment list to see who has completed it and who has not.

Things to know

  • Courses are separate from training records — courses are structured learning content, while training records track compliance requirements. Both are managed in HR.
  • Employees can be assigned the same course more than once if a refresher is needed.
