Courses
Courses are structured learning content that can be assigned to employees. Each course is made up of a series of cards — text, images, or other content — that the employee works through.
Create a course
- Go to HR → Courses.
- Click Create Course.
- Enter the course name and any description.
- Save.
Add content to a course
- Open the course from HR → Courses.
- Add cards to the course — each card holds a section of content.
- Arrange the cards in the order employees should work through them.
- Save.
Assign a course to an employee
- Open the course from HR → Courses.
- Click Assign.
- Select the employee.
- Save the assignment.
Track course completion
- Go to HR → Courses.
- Open a course and review the assignment list to see who has completed it and who has not.
Things to know
- Courses are separate from training records — courses are structured learning content, while training records track compliance requirements. Both are managed in HR.
- Employees can be assigned the same course more than once if a refresher is needed.
