Drivers

Drivers are the people authorised to operate fleet vehicles. Each driver record holds their licence details, including any jurisdiction-specific licence categories they hold.

Add a driver

  1. Go to Fleet → Drivers.
  2. Click Add Driver.
  3. Select the OpsOS user to link as a driver.
  4. Enter their licence details.
  5. Save.

Add licence categories

  1. Open the driver from Fleet → Drivers.
  2. Add the relevant licence categories for their jurisdiction.
  3. Save.

Edit or remove a driver

  1. Open the driver from Fleet → Drivers.
  2. Click Edit to update their details, or remove the driver record if they are no longer active.
  3. Save any changes.

Things to know

  • Drivers are linked to OpsOS user accounts.
  • Licence categories can be recorded per jurisdiction so you can track drivers who operate across different regions.
