Tasks
Tasks are to-do items for your team — follow-up calls, outstanding actions, anything that needs doing as part of managing your pipeline.
Create a task
- Go to CRM → Tasks.
- Click Add Task.
- Enter the task description.
- Set a due date.
- Link it to an organisation, contact, or deal if relevant.
- Save.
Complete a task
- Open the task from CRM → Tasks.
- Click Mark complete.
Find a task
- Go to CRM → Tasks.
- Use the filters to view open tasks, completed tasks, or tasks by due date.
Things to know
- Tasks can be linked to organisations, contacts, and deals so they appear in context wherever they are relevant.
- Overdue tasks are visible in the task list.
