Tasks

Tasks are to-do items for your team — follow-up calls, outstanding actions, anything that needs doing as part of managing your pipeline.

Create a task

  1. Go to CRM → Tasks.
  2. Click Add Task.
  3. Enter the task description.
  4. Set a due date.
  5. Link it to an organisation, contact, or deal if relevant.
  6. Save.

Complete a task

  1. Open the task from CRM → Tasks.
  2. Click Mark complete.

Find a task

  1. Go to CRM → Tasks.
  2. Use the filters to view open tasks, completed tasks, or tasks by due date.

Things to know

  • Tasks can be linked to organisations, contacts, and deals so they appear in context wherever they are relevant.
  • Overdue tasks are visible in the task list.
