Contacts
Contacts are the individual people your team deals with. Each contact can be linked to an organisation and has their own record of interactions and notes.
Create a contact
- Go to CRM → Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- Enter the contact's name and details.
- Link them to an organisation if applicable.
- Save.
Find a contact
- Go to CRM → Contacts.
- Use the search to find by name or organisation.
- Click the row to open the contact record.
Edit a contact
- Open the contact from CRM → Contacts.
- Click Edit.
- Update the details.
- Save.
Things to know
- Contacts can exist without being linked to an organisation — useful for individual freelancers or independent contacts.
- Interactions and notes logged against a contact are visible from their record.
