Contacts

Contacts are the individual people your team deals with. Each contact can be linked to an organisation and has their own record of interactions and notes.

Create a contact

  1. Go to CRM → Contacts.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Enter the contact's name and details.
  4. Link them to an organisation if applicable.
  5. Save.

Find a contact

  1. Go to CRM → Contacts.
  2. Use the search to find by name or organisation.
  3. Click the row to open the contact record.

Edit a contact

  1. Open the contact from CRM → Contacts.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the details.
  4. Save.

Things to know

  • Contacts can exist without being linked to an organisation — useful for individual freelancers or independent contacts.
  • Interactions and notes logged against a contact are visible from their record.
