Organisations

Organisations are the companies and entities your team works with — clients, venues, suppliers, partners, and prospects. Each organisation holds contact details, status, and a history of deals and interactions linked to it.

Where Organisations fit

Area How Organisations are used
Contacts Contacts are linked to the organisations they work for.
Deals Deals are associated with an organisation.
Interactions Calls, emails, and meetings are logged against organisations.

Create an organisation

  1. Go to CRM → Organisations.
  2. Click Add Organisation.
  3. Enter the organisation name.
  4. Choose the organisation type (venue, client, supplier, partner, etc.).
  5. Set the status (lead, prospect, active client, lapsed, etc.).
  6. Add any contact details.
  7. Save.

Find an organisation

  1. Go to CRM → Organisations.
  2. Use the search or filters to find by name, type, or status.
  3. Click the row to open the organisation record.

Edit an organisation

  1. Open the organisation from CRM → Organisations.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the details.
  4. Save.

Things to know

  • Organisation status reflects where they are in your relationship — from lead through to active client or lapsed.
  • All deals, contacts, and interactions linked to an organisation are visible from its record.
