Purchasing Reports

Purchasing Reports gives you a read-only reporting view across purchase orders and invoices. It is built for finance and ops users who need quick answers without exporting data first.

What the page shows

  • Summary cards for total spend, PO count, average PO value, and overdue invoice totals.
  • Breakdowns by cost centre, supplier, user, payment term, payment type, and status.
  • Trend view showing spend over time by month.
  • Overdue invoices with supplier, due date, days overdue, and total value.

Filters

Use the filter bar at the top of the page to narrow the report by:

  • Start date
  • End date
  • Cost centre
  • Supplier
  • User
  • Status

The filters apply to the whole report, including the summary cards and overdue invoice table.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Purchasing.
  2. Open Accounting in the sidebar.
  3. Click Reports.

You can also open it from the Accounting Dashboard.

Things to know

  • The page is read only. It does not change purchase orders or invoices.
  • All figures are tenant scoped.
  • Purchase order totals are taken from the posted total where available, otherwise the current line item total is used.
  • Overdue invoices only count invoices that still have an outstanding status.
