Click a shift card to select it. Selected shifts are highlighted. You can select multiple shifts and then act on all of them at once using the right-click menu or the Delete Selected button that appears in the header.
Use the right-click context menu
Right-clicking on different parts of the board opens a context menu with different options.

Things to know
- The board updates in real time as changes are made elsewhere — no manual refresh needed.
- When one or more shifts are already selected and you right-click another shift, bulk actions apply to all selected shifts, not just the one you clicked.
- Pressing Escape or clicking outside the context menu closes it.
