Dashboard

The dashboard is the home page each system user sees after logging in. It gives you a quick view of the work, totals, and shortcuts that matter to you.

Where the dashboard fits

Area What you can see there
Purchasing Totals, queues, and activity widgets
Planner Assignment and workload widgets
Quick access Shortcut links to the places you use most
Personal workspace Notes and layout choices that are specific to you

Add a widget

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Click Add widget.
  3. Choose a widget from the library.
  4. Click the add option for that widget.

Rearrange your layout

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Click Configure layout.
  3. Drag widgets into the positions you want.
  4. Resize them if needed.
  5. Leave layout mode when you are finished.

Change a widget

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Find the widget you want to change.
  3. Click Configure on that widget.
  4. Change the settings shown.
  5. Save the widget.

Remove a widget

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Find the widget you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete on that widget.
  4. Confirm the change.

Things to know

  • OpsOS gives each user a starting layout automatically.
  • Your dashboard layout is your own. Changing it does not change anyone else's dashboard.
  • What you can add depends on the modules your organisation uses and what your role can access.
