Data Exchange Events Reference

Use this reference when preparing an Events import in Settings → Data Exchange.

Required Columns

  • name

Optional Columns

  • id
  • status
  • event_type
  • venue_id
  • client_contact_id
  • start_date
  • end_date
  • notes and financial fields in the template

Accepted Values

  • status must be one of the event status values supported by Projects
  • venue_id and related ID columns must be integer display IDs
  • dates must be ISO format: YYYY-MM-DD

Relationship Rules

  • venue_id must match an existing venue display ID in the same tenant
  • contact-related IDs must match existing display IDs in the same tenant
