Managing Projects

Projects move through a status workflow from creation through to completion or archive. This article covers how to find, update, and close projects once they are created.

Find a project

  1. Go to Projects → Projects.
  2. Use the search or filters to find by name, status, or date.
  3. Click the project to open it.

Update a project

  1. Open the project from Projects → Projects.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the details — name, status, dates, venue, client, or manager.
  4. Save.

Change project status

Projects move through these statuses: Created → Confirmed → Live → Completed (or Cancelled or Archived).

  1. Open the project.
  2. Update the status field to reflect the current stage.
  3. Save.

Add tags to a project

  1. Open the project.
  2. Add tags to help with filtering and grouping.
  3. Save.

Things to know

  • The project activity log records every change made — who did it and when.
  • Cancelled and archived projects remain in the system and can still be opened and reviewed.
