Managing Projects
Projects move through a status workflow from creation through to completion or archive. This article covers how to find, update, and close projects once they are created.
Find a project
- Go to Projects → Projects.
- Use the search or filters to find by name, status, or date.
- Click the project to open it.
Update a project
- Open the project from Projects → Projects.
- Click Edit.
- Update the details — name, status, dates, venue, client, or manager.
- Save.
Change project status
Projects move through these statuses: Created → Confirmed → Live → Completed (or Cancelled or Archived).
- Open the project.
- Update the status field to reflect the current stage.
- Save.
Add tags to a project
- Open the project.
- Add tags to help with filtering and grouping.
- Save.
Things to know
- The project activity log records every change made — who did it and when.
- Cancelled and archived projects remain in the system and can still be opened and reviewed.
